Following the successful completion of its Initial Public Offering (IPO), BirdDog Technology Limited (ASX: BDT), a global video technology company that enhances the quality, speed and flexibility of video through a range of solutions, augmented with NDI (Network Device Interface), has commenced trading on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the ASX ticker BDT.
The listing follows a successful IPO, raising AUD$33.0m at $0.65 per share, resulting in 50,769,231 shares being raised and an indicative market capitalisation at $133.0m, based on the IPO offer price.
