Kayell Australia announced today that it has been appointed the exclusive Australian and New Zealand distributor for Wooden Camera – designers and manufacturers of innovative professional camera support accessories for film and video production.
Founded in Dallas, Texas, in 2011, Wooden Camera is part of the world-renowned Vitec Group which also owns such brands as SmallHD, Manfrotto, Teradek, Lastolite, Lowepro and Joby.
As part of Vitec’s Creative Services Division, Wooden Camera is recognised for its unique, state-of-the-art products that harness innovative technology. Kayell now distributes two of the three brands within Vitec’s Creative Service Division. In addition to Wooden Camera, Kayell also distributes SmallHD products.
Kayell Australia Operations Manager, Video and, Josh Harvey, said they couldn’t be more excited to add Wooden Camera to their growing range of video and broadcast products.
“As the distributor of Wooden Camera accessories, we can now offer Australian and New Zealand customers local access to their extensive product range. Both our Sydney and Melbourne showrooms will have the latest products on display allowing customers the opportunity to have hands-on access to the range.
“We will also be working closely with our Australian and New Zealand dealers to provide their customers with direct access to Wooden Camera products,” Mr Harvey said.
