New Zealand’s MediaWorks has announced its new talk station, Today FM, will launch in Auckland on 90.2 FM, as well as in other centres throughout NZ during the first quarter of 2022.
The launch sees The Rock move from 90.2 FM to 106.2 FM in Tāmaki Makaurau. It is being simulcast on both frequencies until the launch of Today FM.
The Rock is launching a campaign across radio, digital and out-of-home to let listeners know about the frequency move in Auckland.
In addition to Auckland, Today FM will broadcast on FM frequencies throughout the country, including:

- Whangārei – 90.8 FM
- Picton – 92.3 FM
- Blenheim – 95.3 FM
- Waikato – 100.2 FM

- Canterbury – 95.3 FM

- Whanganui – 96 FM
- Oamaru – 100.8 FM
