Philippines’ ABS-CBN Sports Delivers Live League of Legends eSports

The Philippines’ ABS-CBN Sports has announced it is bringing eSports fans live coverage of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League – Philippines (MPL-PH) Season 5 starting this Friday (May 1) on S+A with livestreaming on sports.abs-cbn.com, the ABS-CBN Sports Facebook, ABS-CBN Sports YouTube, and TFC.TV.

MPL-PH is the premier and largest mobile eSports tournament in the country where the top ten local Mobile Legends: Bang Bang teams compete for six weeks for the $25,000 top prize and the right to represent the country in the international scene.

S+A will air week 4 to week 6 of the tournament organized by Moonton, the developer of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, in partnership with Smart and Realme live every Fridays to Sundays, starting on May 1, at 6:30 pm. It will also air the Grand Finals on May 29 to 31 at the same timeslot.

Competing to become national champions this season are pro teams such as Execration, Geek Fam, Bren Esports, BSB, ULVL, Blacklist International, SGD Omega, STI Olympians, last season’s runner-ups ONIC PH, and the reigning champions Sunsparks. The top two teams at the end of the season will earn slots to the M1 World Championship 2020, where they will play against the world’s best.

Apart from the live broadcasts of MPL-PH Season 5, S+A will bring more eSports action this month with the telecast of the recent ONE Esports Dota 2 World Pro Invitational Singapore on May 20 to 24 at 6:30 pm, where Vici Gaming took the grand prize against Evil Geniuses in the Finals.
