BOOSTING SNG VIA ALL-IP NETWORKS

The broadcasting world has felt the impact of COVID-19. With sports and live events suspended, the pandemic has negatively impacted outside broadcasting (OB) as SNG trucks have been parked up, waiting for some sort of normality to return. However, with a return on the horizon, this presents a great opportunity for SNG operators and broadcasters to come back stronger, with revitalised SNG vehicles.
Today, a contribution link alone is not sufficient. Operators require access to the Internet, to file transfers and email. By converting SNG vehicles to go All-IP, broadcasters have their own communications center, eliminating requirements for the provision of expensive connectivity from third parties.
