The New Defamation Law: 2021 and Beyond

AUD25.00On 27 July 2020, the Council of Attorneys-General approved the Model Defamation Amendment Provisions (MDAPs) and agreed that all jurisdictions will enact and commence the amendments as soon as possible. Following a keynote address and brief Q&A session with the NSW Attorney-General, a panel of defamation experts will lead a discussion of the key changes you need to be aware of, remaining areas for reform and their thoughts about where to from here.
