The Australian Communications & Media Authority has released proposed revisions to consumer experience rules for the country’s National Broadband Network (NBN), and is calling for feedback.
The results of ACMA’s previous consultation, and ongoing compliance work, have identified some possible improvements to effectiveness and efficiency of the NBN consumer experience rules.
ACMA has added these proposed changes in marked-up versions of the rules, with comments to explain changes where needed.
Stakeholders are invited to view the revised rules and provide feedback. Consultation closes 31 January 2020.
