Describing itself as providing “high-performance digital”, its diverse clientele spans multiple sectors across Australia.

The agency has attracted high-profile clients such as VicRoads, Woolworths Group, Victoria State Government, Diabetes Victoria, Alba Thermal Springs & Spa, and Forty Winks. In addition, it has extensive experience providing solutions targeted at Indigenous youth services, working closely with DHHS and VACCA on the “Deadly Story” youth portal.

“This acquisition is a fantastic opportunity to enhance Bright Labs’ existing offering. Redline has a reputation for top-tier content and digital marketing strategy locally in Australia,” says Sukhia.

“It allows us to upscale our digital marketing team, take advantage of new client opportunities, and extend our campaigns and technical execution across diverse channels for our clients.”

Damian Newton, Redline Digital co-founder, shares his excitement about the acquisition.

“There are strong parallels between both businesses, culturally and within our digital marketing skill sets,” says Newton. “Michelle and I have loved growing the Redline brand, and we are excited to see what this acquisition will bring to the market.”

Rishad Sukhia’s focus on scaling Bright Labs’ operations in 2023 reflects the company’s plans for continued growth, and he is seeking new acquisition opportunities to expand further within the Australian market.
