LAPIS is engineered to adapt and evolve, supporting entire workflows by centralising and streamlining operations. The platform is user-friendly, requiring minimal training – most teams can become proficient within a day.
In 2024, Profuz Digital reaffirmed its commitment to content security by completing the Trusted Partner Network (TPN) self-assessment process, reflecting the company’s adherence to high industry standards.
Significant Projects and Partnerships
This year, Profuz Digital supported existing customers while welcoming new, notable clients. Long-term users include the Council of Europe, CANAL+, Euro Media Group Belgium, IT Pros Italy, and the Universities of Ghent and KU Leuven in Belgium. These relationships are built on proven technology, dedicated support, and partnerships with leading industry players.
One highlight of 2024 was a collaboration with the Bulgarian National Radio (BNR). Profuz Digital upgraded the organisation’s entire infrastructure by implementing a customised scheduling module based on Profuz LAPIS. This system now supports all of BNR’s national and regional centres, as well as Radio Bulgaria.
Another key project involved enhancing scheduling capabilities for a global broadcaster. The Profuz LAPIS playlist scheduler enables the creation and management of multi-channel playlists, including advertising schedules and promotional content across different time zones. Its “time zone awareness” mode automates trailer graphics, logos, and programme details, ensuring seamless communication with global audiences.
Commitment to Corporate Responsibility
Profuz Digital upholds ethical business values, promoting sustainability, equality, and employee well-being. In 2024, the company sponsored the Bulgarian Fund for Women’s 20th Anniversary event, providing SubtitleNEXT for free live subtitling support. The Sofia International Literary Festival also benefitted from SubtitleNEXT, ensuring inclusivity for attendees with hearing impairments.
