Qvest Media has announced the acquisition of the digital agency, dimensional GmbH. By taking this step, Qvest Media contributes to the strategic growth in the digital sector and further expands its range of services in software development.
Qvest Media gains valuable expertise in digital prototyping, user interface (UI) design, user experience (UX) design and agile development in areas such as cloud applications, digital asset management, and mobile apps by joining forces with dimensional.
“Our corporate development has extended beyond the broadcast and media industry to any kind of digital environment and the sustainable implementation of digital transformation processes through individual software solutions,” says Peter Nöthen, CEO Qvest Media Group. “With the acquisition HMS, a manufacturer of software products, we have laid the first cornerstone for the expansion of our core competencies in software development in 2018.
