With Ross Video’s new fiscal year 2022 beginning, the company has announced the formation of a new global team to manage and support the world’s leading broadcasters, station groups and media organizations. This new team will be led by eleven year Ross veteran Pete Ross, who assumes the new role of Vice President – Global Strategic Accounts, and will look after customers with the most complex and demanding technology and workflow requirements.
Commenting on the new team and appointment, Oscar Juste, Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Ross, points to increased complexity in the media industry.
“I’m very pleased to see Pete taking on this new role at Ross after many years of looking after our most demanding customers and delivering on our commitment to excellent service. We’ve seen a great deal of change in the broadcast industry recently, with station groups increasing in size and adding new media platforms and vehicles to their portfolios. We need to work with these customers in a slightly different way, sharing a longer-term view of plans and technology platforms in response to the scale and complexity of their businesses. Our new team is comprised of our most experienced and committed sales professionals, and I have every confidence they will provide our key accounts with the highest levels of support and care.”
