CueScript and Lighting Design Group (LDG) are expanding collaboration efforts as sister companies under the common ownership of BASE Equity Partners.
CueScript and LDG emphasised that their operations, leadership, teams and the high level of service their customers expect remain unchanged. Both companies will continue to operate independently but leverage their expertise and resources to amplify growth opportunities. The new relationship creates a synergy for the companies to introduce their respective services and technologies to a broader customer base.
While the two companies deliver distinctly different products and services, teleprompting and lighting, both are critical elements that contribute to polished on-air presentations. CueScript is widely recognised for its range of prompting systems used in news, sports, entertainment and corporate production environments. LDG, meanwhile, has built a reputation for innovative lighting design across television studios, broadcast facilities and major media productions.
CueScript is exhibiting at the 2026 NAB Show in Booth C4720, joined by LDG staff.
