Waves Audio (booth 2722) is exhibiting SuperRack LiveBox live processing engines, available in Dante- and MADI-ready units.
Waves’ SuperRack LiveBox enables access to the power of your favourite studio-grade VST3 plugins, from Waves and other manufacturers, all running natively in a simple and robust turnkey solution. LiveBox employs Dante or MADI connectivity (Dante: 128 channels, MADI: 64 coaxial or 64 optical) and features unrivalled low latency, PSU redundancy, and the reliable industry-standard SuperRack Performer audio plugin host, all in one 2U unit. Each SuperRack LiveBox purchase also comes with the Waves Live bundle, which includes more than 50 essential plugins for state-of-the-art mixing. SuperRack LiveBox gives sound engineers and creative artists access to their favourite VST3 plugins from diverse brands, all running natively on a turnkey device that is quick and easy to set up in any live or broadcast setting.
LiveBox’s combination of hardware and software is carefully optimised to run plugins efficiently and reliably. Simply hook up the LiveBox to a console and start mixing, with no complex setup needed. The inclusion of Dante or MADI connectivity options ensures that users are ready to work in all popular live console setups. An optional dual power supply provides power redundancy for extra reliability in any setting.
The Waves SuperRack Performer plugin host included in SuperRack LiveBox is the same proven, rock-solid live plugin control software used by thousands of live sound engineers in shows and broadcasts of all sizes. With the familiar features of SuperRack Performer in place, SuperRack LiveBox offers live and broadcast engineers convenient pinpoint control of their VST3 plugins.
Additionally, each LiveBox purchase now includes the Immersive Wrapper plugin, an innovative tool that, when used with SuperRack LiveBox, transforms VST3 mono plugins by Waves into immersive multichannel processors. Users can now take full advantage of their favourite plugin collection when creating immersive mixes.
