Sky NZ says it has been developing the next phase of its strategy through to FY31, and as a result has shared changes to its Executive leadership team, effective 01 June 2026, in order to advance this work.
Kym Niblock will step into a new project role as Chief Transformation Officer for the near term. This role will focus on shaping the company’s technology future as a vital and central part of this plan. To continue progressing this important workstream, Kym will temporarily step back from her leadership responsibilities across both Digital & Technology and Content.
Oleg Gribanov (Sky Head of Strategic Planning) will step into the role of Interim Chief Technology Officer during this period.
Executive leadership of Content will move to Chris Major, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, reflecting the close alignment between the Corporate Affairs and Content teams.
Sky says it will share more details about the Sky Strategy to FY31 in the coming months.
