Sky NZ has announced that it is the exclusive broadcast partner in New Zealand for the US PGA Championship and Senior US PGA Championship for the next six years, starting with the upcoming PGA Championship in May.
One of the four annual golf majors, the PGA Championship takes place annually in May in a range of different locations in the United States. The 107th edition – the competition has been played since 1916 – will take place for the second time at Quail Hollow Club, Charlotte, North Carolina. It is the only major with an all-professional field and features the strongest field in golf with all the top players from around the world.
The 85th edition of the Senior PGA Championship also takes place in May and will be played at the renowned Congressional Country Club outside Washington D.C., in Bethesda, Maryland.
Sky coverage of the PGA Championship will include six hours of live event coverage per day, plus a range of clips and highlights.
