Description
Panasonic is looking for a skilled Technical Support Manager to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our professional broadcast video product range. This is a dynamic position for someone passionate about technology and motivated by solving complex challenges that make a real difference to customers and partners.
As Technical Support Manager, you’ll be the trusted technical expert, working closely with sales and marketing teams to deliver winning solutions for our customers and partners. You’ll provide both pre- and post-sales support, ensuring our pro AV teams, channel partners, and end users have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to achieve the best possible outcomes. This is a hands-on role that blends technical expertise with customer engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting solution evaluations, demos, and technical training
- Supporting new product introductions
- Troubleshooting issues both remotely and on-site
- Working with repair centres and service partners to maintain the highest standard of customer care
- Contributing to trade shows and local events, helping to showcase Panasonic’s technology to the wider industry
We’re looking for someone with solid B2B technical support experience, ideally within broadcast, professional video, or live events. Strong knowledge of baseband and IP video technologies, workflows, and formats, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure and build strong relationships.
