Fujifilm Business Innovation Australia has announced the appointment of Yoshinori Nagata as Managing Director and Head of Oceania Sales Operations, effective 1 April 2026.
Mr Nagata succeeds Yasuyuki Matsumoto, who will transition to a global leadership role in Tokyo within the Fujifilm Business Innovation Group to focus on expanding the overseas solutions business.
Mr Nagata brings more than three decades of experience across Fujifilm Business Innovation, having held senior roles across sales, international marketing, and corporate and business group strategy across Japan and the broader Asia-Pacific region. Most recently, he served as Deputy of the Business Solutions Business Group in Japan, where he played a key role in advancing the company’s solutions-led transformation.
His appointment comes at a pivotal time for Fujifilm Business Innovation Australia, as the organisation continues to evolve to support customers navigating complex digital, security and workflow needs, and to drive innovation in delivering integrated, future-ready solutions.

Outgoing Managing Director Yasuyuki Matsumoto reflected on his tenure:
